Your first consultation takes 60 minutes. Both of your eyes will be examined using an iridology magnifier (x10). It will take around 15-20 minutes to examine each eye, however, no more than 15-20 seconds is spent at each visit. The last 15 minutes is gathering more information about your family history and key points from your questionnaire.

A report will be emailed or posted to you within 7-10 days clarifying your constitutional iris type, your sub-constitutional type, your strengths and weaknesses, chemical and nutritional imbalances and behavioural and characteristic tendencies.

A follow-up consultation is encouraged so that a tailor made therapeutic diet based on both your constitutional iris type and your unique genetic markings can be administered to help you not only alleviate any symptoms but also improve overall well being. I work really hard to make sure this is going to be something that will fit into your life and work for you.

During the session I develop a nutritional plan and any recommended supplements and give a variety of tools to help achieve this (meal plans, recipe ideas, shopping lists etc). I work really hard to make sure this is going to be something that will fit into your life and work for you.

I am available all day Monday, Wednesday and Saturday afternoons at Back to Health Chiropractic Wellness Centre in Richmond Upon Thames.
